The 2024 National Standard for Health Assessment of Rail Safety Workers (the Standard) was approved by Infrastructure and Transport Ministers on Wednesday 2 October 2024.

The Standard will take effect from Monday 11 November 2024 and all health assessments from this date will be conducted in accordance with the 2024 edition and by Authorised Health Professionals who have completed training through the AHP Program.
