Document name structure

Document names are of the form: [SSS]-[DDD]-[nnn]-[TITLE]-v[n]
where

SSS = 3 character Subject Code (e.g. SLD = Steam Locomotive Driver)
DDD = 3 character Document Code (e.g. CHB = Course handbook)
nnn = 3 character number (e.g. 001)
TITLE = abbreviated Title of document
v[n] = document Version number (e.g. v2)

For example:

SLD-CHB-001 Steam Locomotive Driver Course Workbook – Section 1. Boilers, Frames, Axle Boxes and Suspension v2.pdf
- applies to the Steam Locomotive Driver subject
- is a Course Handbook
- is document 1 in the SLD-CHB series
- is version 2 of the handbook
