The Australian Rail Industry Standards Organisation – ARiSO, formally RISSB, have undertaken a comprehensive review of the Code of Practice – Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Locomotive Boilers,of which ATHRA was a participant.
The Code has now been released for public consultation and is available as a PDF document:

The Code of Practice – Locomotive Boilers is available for public consultation until Tuesday 31 March 2026. We encourage all interested ATHRA members to provide comments during this time.
