Membership of ATHRA Australia
The membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
Reduced rates are available for new members joining after 1 September each year.
Membership classes
The principle objective of ATHRA Australia is to represent and support tourist and heritage rail organisations that are regulated by the Office of the Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) under Australia’s Rail Safety National Law.
- Tourist and heritage rail organisations that either currently have ONRSR accreditation or will require ONRSR accreditation before they commence operating are eligible to be Full Members of ATHRA Australia.
- All other organisations and individuals with an interest in tourist and heritage railways and tramways, including any located outside of Australia, are welcome to join as Associate Members.
